Tap the "+" button on the dashboard, search for any stock or crypto ticker, and enter your quantity and cost basis. FolioX will automatically fetch the current price and calculate your P&L.
Absolutely. All your portfolio data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We never upload your holdings, transactions, or account information to any server. The only network requests FolioX makes are to fetch market prices (using only ticker symbols, never your personal data).
With FolioX Pro, your portfolio data syncs securely through your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit framework. This means your data goes directly between your devices through Apple's encrypted infrastructure — we never see or store it.
US stock and cryptocurrency quotes are available in real-time. Quotes for other markets (China A-shares, Hong Kong, Japan) may be delayed by 15-20 minutes due to exchange data licensing requirements. All market data is provided for informational purposes only.
FolioX Pro subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel. You'll retain Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
FolioX supports US stocks (NYSE, NASDAQ), Chinese A-shares (SSE, SZSE), Hong Kong stocks (HKEX), Japanese stocks (TSE), and major cryptocurrencies. We're actively working on adding more markets including UK and European exchanges.
